Londoner Women's Edwardian Oxfords (Brown)

Lovely and comfortable as always.

These shoes have the potential to be my new favourites, I've only been able to try them on indoors so far. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable, I don't need any extra inner sole for cushioning, the size is exactly right (I have 39 in European size and ordered 8,5).

It was the first time I bought shoes at American Duchess. I was very nervous about picking up the size for me, I measured my foot, it was in length 27,5 cm long, so I should have taken the 11,5 size but there wasn't one in black Londoners size chart, so I picked size 11. When it came, it was a perfect fit and amazingly comfortable!
What it comes to American Duchess - my experience is perfectly awesome, but there was some issues with the delivery... I'm an EU costumer so my shoes was „shipped“ from Netherlands to Lithuania which was pretty fast, cuz it went through Germany and Poland to Lithuania in 5 working days, which was okay. But when it came to Lithuania in March 31, it stuck there in one city for 7 days, even the drive from there to my shipping destination was only 2,5 hour away... So that was my first disappointment with the delivery company that haded to delivery these shoes in Lithuania. The other disappointment was that when the box was delivered it was badly crushed... So while picking it up, I cryed a bit inside, and was worried about the shoes condition, was thinking about not taking it from the currier because the box looked like someone was sitting on it... But because I wanted the shoes so badly, took the damaged box anyway with a pray... And thank God that damaged was only the outer box and the inner shoe box was just slightly bended in few places and the shoes inside wasn't damaged at all. Hope that next time I buy here, the delivery wouldn't be that bad.

So first off. These shoes are really beautiful and well made. They look just like the picture and arrived without hassle. The only reason I cannot give them a five-star is because I cannot wear them. For me personally my toes are crammed to the point I get blisters but I can still slide them right off by foot because my heel is so narrow. This is not the shoes fault, I just have tricky feet like that but that means I cannot judge them for daily wear as I initially planned for. I imagine they work great for most people though!

I bought a pair of the green londoner edwardian oxfords and they are just gorgeous! Fits both me and my mother perfectly even though we usually have different shoe sizes. I just can't stop buying shoes from here. I have never worn shoes this comfortable before my first pair of red Kenshington and I have not been able to stop myself from buying more shoes ever since.
